Halloween Road Closures
We received some last minute notice that the road closures for Halloween Trick or Treating on Thursday, October 31st will include Jensen Street. This means that the Jensen parking lot will be unavailable for cars to enter OR LEAVE between the times of 3:30 pm to 6:30 pm (or whenever the crowds die down after that). Since the employees will not be able to leave from the Jensen lot as planned, the Port will be closing at 3 pm so employees may go home before the event begins. You are still welcome to use the Jensen lot to come down and enjoy the festivities, just know that you will need to park prior to 3:30 pm and you will not be able to leave before 6:30 pm, so please plan accordingly.

FUEL DOCK AND E&F DOCK CLOSED
Construction has begun and the fuel dock and E&F docks are closed.
The fuel dock and guest moorage will be closed until approximately mid-December. When we know our re-opening date, we will post that here. During construction, guest moorage does not have phones. They may be reached by email at reservations@portofpoulsbo.com.
Winter Moorage will NOT be offered during this time.
The tidal grid is closed. The pump-outs on the fuel dock will not be available. We have both a stationary and a portable pump-out available just outside the C dock gate. The key for the portable pump-out is available in the breakwater office.
The parking lot at the top of E dock ramp will be closed to vehicles during construction. However, the bathhouse and mailbox will remain open and accessible by foot.
Limited dinghy parking will be available on the far side of the boat ramp dock. Do not tie your dinghy up anywhere in permanent moorage. 4-hour stays are available on the breakwater for $10.
As the office on E dock will not be accessible during construction, permanent moorage boaters have a few options for paying their monthly moorage:

You may continue to pay online (with a 2.4% processing fee).

You may continue to mail your checks.

You may continue to use your bank’s bill pay service.

You may continue to pay at the admin office above the Sea Discovery Center

Someone is almost always available between the hours of 8 and 4:30, Monday through Friday. To ensure someone is available, please call or email ahead of time and we will schedule our lunch breaks around appointments.

If you are unable to go up the stairs, please call or email us and we will happily meet you down at the bottom of the stairs or on the docks – whichever is more convenient for you.

You may continue to give your payment to guest moorage – they will be available in the BREAKWATER office Thursday through Tuesday. The breakwater office is located about halfway down the breakwater – it’s the bright red building. (This office will not be staffed until construction begins).

You may drop your payment in the night drop box at the BREAKWATER office.
